Return Policy

Blue Vista Farm is a small family business and we want you to love everything you order from us. Because some of our products are fresh and seasonal, our return policy varies slightly for different items.

Perishable Items

• All sales are final on jam, honey, and other perishable goods.

• If your order arrives damaged or spoiled, contact us within 48 hours (with photos) and we’ll make it right.

Non-Perishable Items

• Apparel, gifts, and merchandise may be returned within 15 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused and unworn.

• Customer pays return shipping unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive your return.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exclusions

• Clearance and final sale items are not returnable.

• Seasonal harvest products can only be replaced or credited if damaged in transit.

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Issues

• If your order is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work with you and the carrier to make it right.
